This past week, PerfectLaw’s Vice President of Sales, Marc Adler, attended the ALA Western Regional Legal Management Conference in Austin, Texas. While there, he had the chance to meet with some of our Texas-based users and shared with everyone some teasers about the exciting new developments PerfectLaw has in store for 2019. And, of course, he handed out lions like hot cakes. PerfectLaw also made someone’s day with a huge cash drawing.
PerfectLaw would like to give special thanks to all of those who stopped by and met with Marc; and thanks to the ALA for setting up another successful conference!
Last week, PerfectLaw made its eighteenth appearance at the International Legal Technolgy Association’s Annual Convention in National Harbor, MD. This year, we were proud to show off the latest in our mobile timekeeping, cloud computing, and our flagship products. We had a chance to see old friends and make new ones.
This year, PerfectLaw was represented on the floor by our Director of Marketing, Frank Picard, and our Vice President of Sales, Marc Adler. The duo was responsible for giving away prizes and performing demonstrations for curious attendees.
We’re already looking forward to everyone next year in Orlando, FL for ILTACON 2019! For more dates and locations regarding PerfectLaw’s appearances, visit our site.
PerfectLaw’s Back Office allows users to attach or swap out images to invoices after they’ve been posted. Often, vendors will submit their invoices with an image in an effort to keep accurate records. But, sometimes the image isn’t available or a back office user simply forgot to include it on the posted invoice. When this happens, some products require the invoice be reversed and re-entered with the image. But not PerfectLaw. PerfectLaw’s Back Office allows users to attach images directly onto posted invoices through a standard file browser. To see how, please watch the video below:
PerfectLaw offers a way to quickly distribute documents to a matter’s relevant related contacts. With PerfectLaw, you can select a document, click a button, and select all of the recipients you’d like to receive it before ever even opening Outlook. Eliminating extra steps, like copying and pasting or additional clicks, is just one of the many ways PerfectLaw saves you time in your daily operations.
At the end of the year, the minutes you saved start getting totaled in hours.

PerfectLaw’s VP of Sales, Marc Adler, and sales maverick, Anthony Beasley, are currently manning the PerfectLaw booth at the ABA Tech Show in downtown Chicago. If you’re attending the show, stop by Booth 728, say hi, and take home one of our world-famous lions.
PerfectLaw is pleased to announce the release of iSlips 2.0 for Android devices. In this update, the Search has been reworked to make selecting matters quicker and easier; time entry has been updated to utilize the keypad layout; and the user interface has been updated to resemble the look and feel of the iOS app, providing a uniform presence amongst all versions of the app.
For a brief demo, please refer to the video on the upper-right. If you’d like more information about iSlips (for either iOS or Android), please contact us.
PerfectLaw is excited to announce a new module for the iOS version of iSlips. With iSlips Expense, users will be able to quickly enter expense entries from anywhere with a wireless connection. Similar to iSlips Time Entry, users simply select the client matter from the one-touch search, enter the expense code and cost, and take a picture of the receipt.
Since your app is synced to PerfectLaw, all of your entered expenses and receipt images are automatically sent back to your office for your Office Assistant or Back Office personnel to review and post to billing.
For a better idea of how iSlips Expense works, please watch this video.
PerfectLaw’s new enhancement enables Paperless Workflow users to route an imaged document to a specific matter-level folder straight from the cover sheet’s profiling screen. A “Folder Path” field has been added for you to specify the folder’s location, as seen in the image above.
If you have any questions regarding how this product enhancement works, please feel free to contact us.
